GLP1s and Muscle Loss, it's Real

After gaining 40 lbs in my late 40's, I began my GLP1 journey. It took me 8 months to lose the weight because I'm a slow loser but I've maintained it for a year.

The new journey is that I've lost the majority of my muscle. I'm flabby skinny and I've lost strength. It's odd, I was afraid of overeating and now I need to specifically eat MORE. If I could go back in time I would do what recommendations say you SHOULD DO... eat more protein, weight train, instead I'm 2 years behind. Many of us don't weight train because we are happy with weight loss that is finally coming, and that is exciting but to have the best success, moving your body and adding weights is going to give you the best long-lasting success.
